  Good place if you're a female and want to be sexually harassed. I've been inside this place 3 times, only because it's close to home and I just needed to pick up a 2 litre or something. Each of the 3 times I've been harassed by dirty old men hanging around out front or just inside. This place reminds me of a trash heap in Slumdog Millionaire, with no air conditioning, floors missing linoleum, and shelves filled with expired and nearly expired products. The only thing you ever see the employees doing is watching cricket matches or playing on their cell phones. They go out of their way not to talk to you avoid eye contact at almost all cost. The only reason this place exists is to provide the residents of the broke down apartment complex next door with lottery tickets, overpriced cigarettes, mini liquor bottles, and sodas. If you want to see the ghetto but don't want to go to St. Louis, come to Swansea and swing by Max's One Stop.

  Never always sure how it is going to be when ypu go in there. Owner is pretty nice. Lots of people are usually there. Now that ruler foods is down the street, i run in there if i quickly need something.
