They sent a " technician" out and so called inspected our fireplace and chimney , gave us a document saying it is safe to use- and the whole house fills with smoke?!!! Rip off. All we want is our money back. Over $100 for what?? What a shame this familt company cant get this right. Very Dissappointed. Facebook has a site too. People should know how rotten our experience was!
