They sent me a brand new one, no charge. This time one of my rotisserie burners was not glowing right. I use that one all the time. I was transferred to George in the parts department and he not only got me my parts, but he seemed happy to help. He sent me both burners, not just the one and of course he said it was under warranty. Just paid small shipping fee. Not only did this company have the part for my 20 year old grill, they honored my warranty without me having to ask. My grill was expensive but it still looks brand new after all these years of heavy use and I don’t even cover it. Worth every penny and great company.
